adios wallpaper!

Our plan this weekend was to clean and finish packing. However, when we got to the house on Friday night, and cleaned the kitchen, the already peeling wallpaper was just too tempting....

So we peeled it off!! It's now all off in the kitchen and in our bedroom. The hallway is still full of stripes and partridges and doesn't seem to want to budge. So that will be for another time. The kitchen has creamy wainscoting, so now that the red floral wallpaper is off it makes the room so much brighter!

   

 Our bedroom had two walls of dark green, and now that it's gone it is also nice and light.
